Acceptance

By using BuzzTransit.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Informational purpose

BuzzTransit provides general travel and transportation information. We are not a transportation carrier, transit authority, travel agent, tour operator, hotel, cruise line, taxi company, rideshare company, or emergency service.

Information changes

Fares, schedules, routes, service levels, station access, operating hours, ticket rules, strike information, road conditions and availability can change without notice. BuzzTransit may show a Last Updated date, but travelers remain responsible for confirming time-sensitive information with the official provider before travel.

No guarantee

BuzzTransit does not guarantee that any route, fare, travel time, service, recommendation or third-party offer will be available, accurate at the moment of travel, suitable for a particular traveler, or free from disruption.

Third-party services

BuzzTransit may link to third-party websites and services. Purchases, reservations, cancellations, refunds, disputes, personal data and customer service for third-party bookings are governed by the third party’s terms. BuzzTransit cannot modify or cancel third-party reservations unless a future service explicitly states otherwise.

Affiliate relationships

Some links may be affiliate links. BuzzTransit may receive compensation when users click or purchase through certain links. See the Affiliate Disclosure.

Traveler responsibility

Users are responsible for allowing sufficient travel time, meeting airline/cruise/event deadlines, understanding visa/entry requirements, following local laws, and making transportation choices appropriate to their own circumstances.

Intellectual property

BuzzTransit site design, original text, graphics, logos, comparison formats and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Prohibited use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, scrape the site in a manner that violates applicable law or technical restrictions, impersonate others, submit malicious content, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Limitation

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BuzzTransit will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from reliance on travel information, missed transportation, delays, third-party services or website availability.

Changes

BuzzTransit may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
